I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you and your team that we’re extremely pleased with our pool. We’re especially glad that we selected the in floor pool cleaning system and Jandy handheld remote control that you recommended but we were initially reluctant to purchase. We have not had to vacuum the pool once, even with the spring leaves falling from the oak tree that overhangs the pool.

Dear Prospective Southern Pool Design Customers,


The Southern Pool Design (SPD) team was a joy to work with, from the design and construction process to the warranty and service department. In the future we would be happy to contract Southern Pool Design to construct our pool.


My wife and I walked into Southern Pool Design with a rough idea of the pool and spa we wanted. Tom Henning listened to us and made us feel comfortable during the design process and designed a pool with us in mind. He spent time teaching us about the advantage and disadvantages of different design features and pool equipment without “selling” us more than what we needed. This was unlike what we experienced with other pool companies who did not listen to what we wanted in a pool, pushed equipment, and designs that were not inline with what we wanted.


During the construction of the pool, SPD communicated effectively with us during the whole process. Additionally, whenever we had a question or issue with the construction of the pool, SPD was quick and responsive in addressing our concerns. Construction is always a long hard process, but SPD’s professionalism and customer care allowed us to have a great experience.


Finally, the warranty/service department is first-class. They are quick and responsive to our service requests. Kevin Heiser is a great asset to the company with his conscientious and straight-forward nature in dealing with customers. In dealing with Kevin, I feel that he was sincerely interested in solving our problem.


Overall, Southern Pool Design is an outstanding company that was a jog to work with. They have provided my wife and I with a beautiful pool and spa that we are proud to use as our entertainment centerpiece when having family and friends over.
