The questions owners ask first.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
Yes. We work regularly with the architectural review boards of Central Florida’s gated communities and provide the renderings and site plans they require, so approval is a step rather than an obstacle.
Do you handle the permitting?
Yes. Design, engineering and permitting are all done in house, including plan review. Keeping them under one roof avoids the delays that happen when separate subcontractors coordinate approvals between themselves, which is usually what slows a build down.
How long does a custom pool take?
Several months from design to completion. The pace is set by permitting and plan review far more than by construction itself, which is precisely why we handle both ourselves.
What does a custom pool cost?
Most of our custom builds start around $120,000 and run up from there depending on size, structure and features. Infinity edges, spas, grottos and lazy rivers each change the number materially. Do you build on existing pools?
We focus on new construction and full rip and replace, where the existing pool comes out and a new one goes in. That is where our design and engineering actually earn their keep. If you are after a resurface or a small addition, we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
