Is the X-ray free?
Yes. Use it on as many bids as you like. Nothing you enter here is saved or sent anywhere.
Will you call me?
Only if you send your survey. Then we set up a 15-minute intro call, and we can walk through the other bid together.
Do you share my bid?
No. If you send us another builder's proposal, it stays with us and is never shared or published.
What if the bid is from SPD?
Run it anyway. A good proposal, ours included, should pass all 12.
