What does a custom pool cost? Build yours and see.

The fine print
This builder gives a planning estimate for a new in-ground gunite pool built by Southern Pool Designs in our Florida service area, using our current pricing as of the date shown at the top of this page. It is not a quote, a bid or a contract, and it is not an offer to sell at any price.
The range is wide on purpose. Your final investment is set after a site visit, a survey, your design, engineering, and HOA and permit review. Soil, access, drainage, utilities, setbacks and the exact products and colors you choose all move the number. Most changes we see after a site visit add cost rather than remove it, which is why the range reaches higher above the midpoint than below it.
Pool sizes are measured to the outside of the pool wall. Dimensions, gallons and the plan view are approximate and for illustration only. Deck pricing includes material minimums, so small decks cost more per square foot. The replacement option includes an allowance for removing a typical existing pool and deck; unusual demolition is priced after a site visit.
Fire features need a gas supply, which is by others. Florida law requires a pool safety barrier; the builder includes two alarms by default. Prices and product availability change with material costs and may be updated at any time.
