Frequently Asked Questions

Weekly care, reporting, repairs, service area and how to begin.

What does weekly Signature Care include?

One visit each week, 4 to 5 per month. Each visit covers skimming the pool and cleaning the baskets, testing and balancing the water chemistry, brushing the tile line and walls on a monthly rotation, vacuuming once a month, checking filter pressure and backwashing as needed, and a digital photo and text service report. Members receive priority repair scheduling. Details are on the pool maintenance page.

How do I know what was done at each visit?

Every visit closes with a digital service report: photographs of the pool, the chemistry readings taken that day, and the technician’s notes.

Where does Southern Pool Care provide service?

Seminole County and north Orlando from our Sanford base, including Sanford, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Longwood, Winter Springs, Oviedo, Winter Park and Maitland. The full list is on the service areas page.

Do you repair equipment and finishes, or only clean?

Both. Licensed repair specialists handle heaters, pumps and smart automation. Finish and tile restoration covers cracks, surface wear and discoloration with matched, builder grade materials. Upgrades include LED lighting, automation controls and energy efficient equipment. See pool repair and restoration.

How is Southern Pool Care related to Southern Pool Designs?

Southern Pool Care is the private client service division of Southern Pool Designs, the Central Florida pool builder established in 1997. The same team that designs and constructs these pools maintains them.

Who performs the work?

Certified technicians. Repairs are handled by licensed repair specialists.

What does weekly pool service cost?

All-inclusive weekly service runs $200 to $500 a month, depending on pool size and features. Chemicals and filter cleans are included, with no add-on fees.

Is weekly service the only option?

Signature Care is weekly. The consultation also takes requests for bi-weekly service and for repair only work, and the care plan follows the evaluation.

How do I get started?

Request a private consultation and system evaluation. It covers the pool type and size, spa and screen enclosure, age, known issues, current service arrangement, the type of care you want, and access. Call (407) 385-0933 or use the contact page.
